What we believe

That's where we start: with our beliefs. Sales is fun. Done well, it's good for the customer and good for the company.

And it gives the people doing it a sense of fun, competition, winning and purpose.

Leadership is a responsibility — and a real craft.

It requires specific skills if you want to build a team that can work towards a shared goal. We believe everyone can be a good leader. We also believe everyone can be a bad leader — the kind that makes their colleagues' workweeks feel endless.

What we believe about tech & AI

AI is great. It's also confusing.

Tech, AI, data centers, privacy, tokens, slop, integrations, APIs, webhooks — it's all great, and we all want to be on top of it. It's also confusing. So we built a deep understanding of AI's capabilities and experimented endlessly to make it actionable.

We offer tools for free (please share feedback!) and we've integrated an AI-powered system with our trainings. That sounds complicated — we hope it isn't. And if it is: tell us. We are in this journey together.

We believe AI has massive capabilities — and that decay of quality and lowered consumer confidence are real risks. At the same time, today's tech gives smaller teams and businesses the chance to boost their products and solutions to enterprise level in no time.
